With an order from the name of the major of Municipality Sredets, is  approved Detailed Organizational Plan – a Plan for Regulation and Construction, for the building of Wind Park on the land of villages Zornitsa  and Kubadin.

1.    The municipality council of Sredets, expresses preliminary consent for the change of the purpose of the agricultural lands  in the manner that to steadily usage of lands and pastures for the construction  of wind generators park from 51 nos of wind generators Inclusive 49 nos in the territory of the village of Zornitsa, and 2 nos in the territory of the village of Kubadin,  with total area of up to 52 decares, and for the establishment of restricted subject matter rights and services over a part of the following real estates:

With duration of validity  of the preliminary consent of 5 years.
2.    Establishes restricted subject matter rights and services for the period of  the designed exploitation of the wind generators park, for the period of 30 years.
3.    Authorizes the mayo  of the municipality  to issue order for the permission of the execution of a detailed structural plan for the construction   of wind generator  park in the territory of Zornitsa and Kubadin in the indicated in point 1 real estates.
4.    Authorizes the mayor of the municipality  to issue an order for permission of the execution of Plot Plan in relation with the construction  of a connection of the wind generator park with the electrical system 400kW in the territory of the village of Kubadin.
