1. Detailed Organizational Plan – a Plan for Regulation and Construction, for wind park on the lands of villages Zornitza and Kubadin, Sredetz Municipality, as follows: Section Geodesy; Section Architecture; Section Electrical; Section Engineering and Geological conclusion; Section Water-main and Sewerage Systems.
2. Resolution No BS-238-PR/21.10.2010 of the Regional Inspection – Bourgas, to the Ministry of environment and waters, for assessing the necessity of estimation the influence upon the environment of the investment proposal “Building equipments for production of electrical energy, using the wind force, on the lands of villages Zornitsa and Kubadin, Sredets Municipality”.
3. Order No 121/09.12.2009 of the Major of Sredetz Municipality, for approval of Detailed Organizational Plan – a Plan for Regulation and Construction, for building a wind park.
4. Resolutions No K33-10 / 21.09.2010 of the Commission for agricultural lands (to the Ministry of Agriculture and Foods) for changing the purpose of agricultural lands towards non-agricultural purposes, and confirming sites and places for design of objects for the building of Wind Park “Zornitsa”.
5. Attitude from National Electrical Company Ltd No 26-522-1(1) concerning the joining of Wind Electric Power-Station to the transferring electrical network.
6. Protocol from the Common Meeting of local people from Zornitsa village, regarding change of purpose of agricultural lands and building a wind park, from 06.03.2009
