ON: Transformation of the purpose of use of agricultural land for non agricultural needs, and approval of the sites and traces for design of sites in the agricultural lands.

Decides:
1. On the grounds of the art. 22, par. 1 in relation with art. 19 from the law of agricultural lands
5. approves a site for design over totally 41 160sq m agricultural lands from fourth category, with area of 0.564decaraes fifth category, with area of 6 028decaes seventh category, with area of 29 695 decares, and eight category with area of 4 873 decares, not irrigated , property of the municipality of Sredets, for the construction of the site “Wind-generator park” in the territory of the villages of Zornitsa, and the village of Kubadin, representing newly formed real estates under the cadastre of the village of Zornitsa , with design № 078001 (formed by property № 000571, design №s 078002 to № 078032, Inclusive) formed by № 000571, design № 078012 to 078014 Inclusive (old № 000093) design № 078025 and 078026/former № 000657, design № from №078033 to № 078038 inclusive , (formed by № 000647 )/ design № 078039/ formed by № 000666, from design № 078035 to № 0789047 Inclusive, formed by № 000663, design № 078044 and № 078045 formed by № 000659 and design № 078048 formed by the № 000672 and the newly formed real estates under the respective cadastre plan of the territory of the village of Kubadin, with design № 078049 and № 078050, formed by № 000014, municipality of Sredets, region of Burgas, with limits as per the enclosed sketches and the Detailed Structure Plan – plan for the regulation of a construction .
